Cloud Solutions Sales Account Manager - HR/HCM
At Fishbowl Solutions, we consult with companies to improve their access to information, streamline current processes, and drive innovation. As a Cloud Solutions Account Manager for HR/HCM, you will provide software and consulting services that leverage Oracle and other partner technologies. This role focuses on helping HR/HCM customers leverage Oracle's cloud platform including Digital Assistants, Mobile Apps, Oracle Content Management (OCM), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will uncover the business problems HR/HCM customers are having, and then help position and sell one or more of these solutions to transform their organizations.
A typical day may include the following:
- Uncovering net new business opportunities that require working closely with Oracle Account Representatives to target and cold call potential customers
- Discuss with CHROs and other stakeholders opportunities to increase employee engagement and productivity, streamline and enhance recruiting, and inspire process changes using virtual assistants, enterprise portals, and mobile apps
- Master and share the combined "why Fishbowl Solutions story" that represents the value we provide to customers with our solutions and services to enhance the overall employee experience
- Telling prospects how Fishbowl built an employee virtual assistant for a global entertainment company that decreased their help desk calls by 30% while increasing satisfaction by 40%
- Demoing and discussing the employee engagement portal Fishbowl and Oracle built for a global logistics provider that has reduced turnover by 12% and increased engagement by 25%
- Educating and building relationships with channel partner sales and sales management
- Working in parallel with Oracle reps to identify key accounts to co-market and sell into
- Conducting effective remote or on-site presentations
- Working with the services team to forecast resource needs for upcoming projects
- Partnering with the marketing department to deliver effective lead generation campaigns to Fishbowl prospects in collaboration with Oracle
- Engage in software and consulting opportunities valued at $50,000+ in revenue
- Serving as an expert in the offerings of Fishbowl in partnership with Oracle reps to position Fishbowl as a premier solutions provider.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience in IT consulting or technical sales preferred
- Experience selling SaaS-based services
- Demonstrated success selling in a co-sell and/or direct selling environment
- Demonstrated success selling large enterprise opportunities, managing complex sales cycles and selling to business and technical executives
- Selling to HR/HCM departments preferred but not required
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual quota in a sales role
- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high-level decision makers
